More than 10 years ago, there were two frustrated entrepreneurs with the same passion. In their eyes there was a lack of efficiency in recruitment-world. Technically, anything was possible but the HR-market couldn’t keep up. Driven by the new possibilities of online recruitment-solutions they were on a new mission: making a recruiter’s job more efficient, effective and easy.
Since its foundation in 2006, Endouble has developed and improved recruitment processes for more than 90 national and international organisations. In 2014, USG People acquired an interest in Endouble, facilitating international growth at an accelerated pace.
Jan Peter is one of the founders. Leon is the yin to Jan Peters yang, the master of inventions. He has great mind and vision, likes to fly his drone inside the office breaking things and giving presentations about what you really should do with your Oculus Rift. He is a kind, caring, peaceful and very knowledgeable person – a great listener and problem solver.
