Privacy & cookie statement

At Endouble we take privacy and security of your data seriously and we like to keep it transparent. Below, you can read what we do with data we collect when you visit the website or send us information. We conform to the Dutch legislation (equivalent to European legislation) as stipulated in the Data Protection Act and Telecommunications Act.

Cookies

To make sure our websites function optimally, we use cookies and similar technologies to collect information on and about your device.

Functional cookies

One way we can use these is to see what screen size and browser you are using so that the site is best viewed on your screen. This way, the website is displayed differently on your smartphone, than when you view it on a big screen.

Analytics cookies

We analyse (groups of) visitors with analysis software from Google. This way we can, for example, see which pages are viewed often, or rarely, and which vacancies are popular. We use this information to design our websites in the most optimal way possible.

Google Analytics is used in a privacy-friendly way. Your IP address is made anonymous, your behaviour on the website can not be traced back to you, and your information will not be shared.

Tracking cookies

We currently do not use tracking cookies.

Applying for a job

When you apply for a job we ask you for your name, email address, and CV to assess your suitability for the job and if necessary, to send you emails. For example, we send a confirmation of your application or when you are suitable for the job, an interview invitation. Another possibility is that we don’t have a suitable vacancy for you at the moment, and will contact you a later time when a suitable one opens up.

After you have applied, we keep your data for up to two years. If you want to have a look at your data we collected, modify or delete it, or if you have other questions or comments? Then please let us know by sending an email with your request to [email protected] We will process your request as quickly as possible.

We process your data in accordance with the Dutch Data Protection Act. This means, among other things, that we do not supply of sell your information to other parties and keep your data secure (such that others cannot access your data).

Contact

You can contact us via our website. When you do this, we ask for your e-mail address and other information. This information will only be used to process your question or comment. The data will be removed it’s not longer needed.
