As Support coordinator you are responsible for the Support department. You make sure the department is running smoothly. This means you make sure we help our customers within our SLA. We can report on our department metrics internally and to our customers. You are able to push the department forward, people and organisational wise. Within Endouble we are continuously improving and you make sure the Support Department is moving forward within the company and maintain a high level of service towards the clients. You must be able to write and speak fluent Dutch, in order to be able to communicate with our customers.
The Support coordinator makes sure there is continues communication between support and the rest of the organisation and our customers. You also make sure the department is motivated and keeps up with all SLA’s.
